What it means to be your church’s

Congregational Representative

A commissioned Congregational Representative is the main connection or liaison between an Ambassador Church and Project Video USA; they will…

  1. Stay updated on current PV programs and happenings and communicate these with your church.
  2. Present about PV to your church, small group, or Sunday school class 1-2 times per year.
  3. Ensure PV is included in regular prayer and mission activities at the church and provide opportunities for members to learn about and partner with PV.
  4. Facilitate clear communication between your church, its members, and PV by acting as a consistent point of contact.
  5. Attend and invite others to the annual Ambassador Day and other PV events as able.
  6. Stay connected with the PV Regional Director and PV Ambassador Coordinator and participate in quarterly Rep Zoom meetings.
