1. What moment from your trip has stayed with you the most?

The moment that has stayed with me the most was seeing how God is moving through l local believers in Thailand, even in places where Christianity is a small minority. My team was all so willing to serve and we all got along really well and got to know each other and build relationships.

Watching people faithfully serve their communities with love and humility reminded me that God is at work everywhere, even when we don’t always see it. It was a privilege to witness lives being impacted through media, storytelling, and personal relationships.

2. How did this experience change your perspective on missions or God’s work around the world?

This trip showed me that missions are not about us bringing God somewhere. He is already there. Our role is to come alongside what He is already doing, encourage local ministries, and use the gifts He has given us to support His work. It gave me a deeper appreciation for the global Church and reminded me that we are all part of one mission to make Christ known.

3. What surprised you most about partnering with local media teams?

I was amazed by their creativity, passion, and dedication. Even with limited resources, they were producing meaningful content that was reaching people in powerful ways. It reminded me that God can use simple tools and willing hearts to accomplish extraordinary things.

4. What would you tell someone considering becoming a Project Video Ambassador?

I would tell them to say yes. You don’t have to be an expert you just need a willing heart. You’ll not only help tell stories that inspire others, but you’ll also experience firsthand how God is working across cultures. It will stretch your faith, broaden your perspective, and leave a lasting impact on your life.

5. In one sentence, how would you describe your experience?

My mission trip to Thailand was emotional, rewarding and healing. As I lived there 8yrs ago and coming back was a blessing from the Lord. It deepened my faith, and reminded me that God is faithfully working all around the world.
